InterVoca ("we," "our," or "us") provides a vocabulary learning application designed for international school students. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data, especially considering our user base includes minors.

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

InterVoca is an educational tool intended for students, including those under 13. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and other applicable laws.

• We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
• We do not use children's personal data for targeted advertising.
• Parents have the right to review their child's information and request its deletion.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time through the "Settings > Account > Delete Account" menu in the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data and learning history will be permanently removed from our servers.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ.
