1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the InterVoca mobile application ("App") and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InterVoca is a vocabulary learning platform designed for international school students, providing curriculum-based word packs, quizzes, and learning progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Subscription Plans

InterVoca offers "Monthly" and "Yearly" subscription plans that provide unlimited access to all content and features.

4.2. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.

4.3. Billing and Cancellation

Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings. We do not process refunds directly; refund requests must be made to the respective app store in accordance with their policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to word lists, definitions, example sentences, audio, and code) are the exclusive property of InterVoca and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App.
• Share your account credentials with others to bypass subscription fees.
• Harass or harm other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InterVoca be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
